1- To maintain the brilliance of silver, gold, pearl, and gemstone jewelry, store pieces in a cool, dry place, preferably in individual pouches to prevent scratches.

2- Avoid direct exposure to perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals, as these can dull and damage delicate metals and stones.

3- Clean your jewelry gently with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove oils and dirt, and periodically polish with a jewelry-specific cleaner for extra shine.

4- Avoid wearing during exercise, as sweat will react with the jewelry to produce silver chloride and copper sulfide, which causes the jewelry to deteriorate and corrode over time.

5- Proper care will help ensure your favorite pieces stay beautiful for years to come.

We have a 7-day return policy for some of our products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return: If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the shipping return fee. We will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, if the product needs to be sent back to us, we will send a ship label and send instructions on how and where to send the package. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
